At Renora Home, we take care to ensure your pieces are packed thoughtfully and delivered safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- During sale periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer
- Made-to-order or pre-order items will have estimated dispatch timeframes listed on the product page
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item size and weight
- Delivery location
- Whether the item is classified as standard or bulky
For larger furniture or fragile items, shipping costs may be quoted separately. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Furniture & Bulky Items
Furniture and oversized items may be shipped via specialised couriers.
Please note:
- Delivery is usually to ground floor / front door only
- Some couriers may require assistance on delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring items will fit through doorways, hallways, and lifts
If access is restricted or redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the product, location, and shipping method. Some items, particularly furniture and bulky pieces, may be shipped from overseas and can take several weeks or longer to arrive.
Estimated dispatch or delivery information will be provided on individual product pages where available. If you require more information before purchasing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave, Renora Home is not responsible for loss or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier.
For high-value or fragile items, we recommend selecting signature on delivery where available.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Renora Home is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.
Click & Collect
At this time, click and collect is not available unless otherwise stated.
