We work with a small network of trusted suppliers across Australia. Items are first received and quality-checked before being carefully packed and shipped to your door.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is placed, we begin sourcing your selected pieces before preparing them for dispatch.


Delivery Timeframes

As part of our small-batch and made-to-order approach, delivery typically takes:

  • Australia-wide: 10–20 business days

This includes sourcing, preparation, and final delivery to your address.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and many deliveries may arrive sooner depending on the item.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched from our location.


Multiple Items

In some cases, items may arrive in separate parcels depending on the products ordered.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to supplier processing or courier networks.
